<br />DCB:sh 6/20/85 <br />JUN 24 1985 <br /> <br />\hu\iiNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9917 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF SAN HATEO FOR ADJUSTMENT OF <br />WATER VALVES AND OTHER APPURTENANT WORK IN CONJUNCTION <br />WITH OAK KNOLL DRIVE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Mateo <br /> <br />has <br /> <br />initiated <br /> <br />reconstruction of Oak Knoll Drive in the Oak Knoll Manor <br /> <br />subdivision in the Redwood City area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, eleven City owned water valves will require <br /> <br />adjustment to the new resurfaced grade of Oak Knoll Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the total sum to be reimbursed by the City to the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo is to be determined from actual bid prices <br /> <br />received and the estimated value of the contract is for <br /> <br />information purposes only; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Adjustment of Water Valves and Other Appurtenant Work in <br /> <br />Conjunction with the Reconstruction of Oak Knoll Drive in the Oak <br /> <br />Knoll Manor Subdivision - Redwood City Area" by and between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and County of San Mateo, for the adjustment <br /> <br />of water valves and other appurtenant work for Oak Knoll Drive <br /> <br />Reconstruction, at a total contract price estimated to be Two <br /> <br />Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($2,500.00), a copy of <br /> <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br />which agreement reference is hereby made for full particulars <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9917 <br />
