N o. 9 92 5 orUGH/AL RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP 85-8 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Parcel Map 85-8 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Redwood Shores, Inc., owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this

<br />DCB:sh <br />DeB: sh <br /> <br />6/25/85 <br />6/27/85R <br /> <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be One Hundred <br />Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty and No/100 <br />Dollars ($181,520.00), and also a good and <br />sufficient security in a form to be approved by <br />the City Attorney securing the payment by said <br />owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and <br />materials incurred in the construction of any and <br />all said improvement, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said owners <br />or subdividers, the amount of said security to be <br />One Hundred Eighty One Thousand Five Hundred <br />Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($181,520.00). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 85-8 Subdivision," on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2 . <br /> <br />Those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Parcel <br /> <br />Map <br /> <br />85-8 <br /> <br />Improvement Plan, Cormorant Drive East, 4 Lane Widening", and <br /> <br />those certain specifications entitled "Redwood Shores, Inc., <br /> <br />Standard Technical Specifications for Public Works Projects, <br /> <br />September, 1982," which plans and specifications are now on file <br /> <br />in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br />which the above mentioned improvements shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Improvement of Parcel Map 85-8 Subdivision," a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br /> <br />is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9925 <br /> <br />2 <br />
