<br />DCB:djc 7/11/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 9 934 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />JUL 1 5 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDED AGREEMENT WITH RIPLEY ASSOCIATES FOR CIVIC <br />CENTER EXPANSION AND ALTERATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9770, adopted on January <br /> <br />14, 1985 the City authorized execution of a contract for a <br /> <br />feasibility study relating to Civic Center expansion and <br /> <br />alterations with Ripley Associates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires additional design and cost estimation <br /> <br />services in connection with the Civic Center Expansion and <br /> <br />Alterations Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City desires to engage Ripley Associates to perform <br /> <br />additional design and cost estimation services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain original agreement entitled, "Agreement <br /> <br />For Feasibility Study For Civic Center Expansion and Alterations" <br /> <br />dated January 30, 1985 by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />and Ripley Associates, for feasibility study for Civic Center <br /> <br />Expansion and Alterations Project is hereby amended to increase <br /> <br />the total contract sum by Seventy Thousand Two Hundred and 00/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($70,200.00), a copy of the amended agreement is on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which agreement reference is <br /> <br />hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br /> <br />the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute said amended <br /> <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City.
