<br />DCB:sh 8/23/84 <br /> <br />JUL 1 5 1985 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9938 <br /> <br />OR'Gn~Al <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS FOR EXTERIOR LEVEE <br />AREA "E" PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />specifications for exterior levee construction in area "E" of <br /> <br />Redwood Shores; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />exterior levee construction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain specifications entitled "Exterior Levee <br /> <br />Area 'E' Redwood Shores, Redwood City, California", including all <br /> <br />plans and drawings referenced therein, prepared in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
