<br />SWC:sh 7/10/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />993 g <br /> <br />ORIGI Nf'!. <br />JUL 15 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL SERVICES (JUNIOR APPLICATION <br />PROGRAMMER) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Glenn Mark have <br />previously entered into an agreement (dated May 21, 1984) for <br /> <br />personal services, which agreement terminated on June 30, 1985; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of both Parties to said agreement <br /> <br />that said agreement be renewed for an additional one (1) year <br /> <br />term, to terminate on June 30, 1986; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Tha t certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Personal <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 7/10/85), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Glenn Mark, copies of which are on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized to <br /> <br />execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9939 <br />
