JUL 1 5 1985 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP NO 85-1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION RES 0 L UTI 0 N BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Parcel Map No. 85-1 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Ricardo D. <br />DCB:sh 6/25/85 <br /> <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owner or subdivider <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Sixty Five <br />Thousand Four Hundred Forty and No/100 Dollars <br />($65,440.00), and also a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owner or <br />subdivider of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owners or <br />subdividers, the amount of said security to be <br />Sixty Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty and No/100 <br />Dollars ($65,440.00). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvement of Parcel Map No. 85-1 Subdivision," <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans, East <br /> <br />Bayshore <br /> <br />Roads, <br /> <br />Lands <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Ramirez", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Standard Specifications, City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, August 1974", which plans and specifications are now on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br />which the above mentioned improvements shall be done; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvement of Parcel Map No. 85-1 Subdivision," a copy <br /> <br />of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />9940 <br />
