<br />DCB:sh 7/18/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI ION <br /> <br />N 0.9 943 <br /> <br />JUL 2 2 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ORIGINAL <br />SHOREBIRD NEIGHBORHOOD PARK AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK <br />TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Shorebird <br /> <br />Neighborhood Park located between Marine World Parkway, Shorebird <br /> <br />Island and Island Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for such <br /> <br />construction of the park; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain plans and specifications entitled, <br /> <br />"Shorebird Neighborhood Park, Area "D", Redwood Shores, Redwood <br /> <br />City, California", prepared by City's consultant and on file in <br /> <br />the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
