<br />T)CB:sh <br /> <br />7/18/85 <br /> <br />ORIGl NAL <br /> <br />JUl 22 1985 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARK <br />ATHERTON LAKE SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT <br />TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9951 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain final map of Park Atherton Lake Subdivision in <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & <br /> <br />Associates for Park Atherton Associates, a California limited <br /> <br />partnership, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore <br /> <br />determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity <br /> <br />with the tentative map for this subdivision, is approved and <br /> <br />accepted, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall agree to assume and comply with <br />that certain executed subdivision agreement on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, entitled <br />"Agreement for the Improvements of Park Atherton <br />Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by <br />the City, have agreed to construct and complete, <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement and as <br />specified in Resolution No. 9639, adopted July 23, <br />1984 and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />9 Y5 ~i <br />
