RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9~7 7 AUG 1 2 1985 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF PARCEL MAP 85-9 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Parcel Map 85-9 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Clements and Associates - Civil Engineers for Ronald Beeson, owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this

<br />DCB:sh 6/25/85 <br /> <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Thirteen <br />Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven and No/100 <br />Dollars ($13,997.00), and also a good and <br />sufficient security in a form to be approved by <br />the City Attorney securing the payment by said <br />owner or subdivider of all bills for labor and <br />materials incurred in the construction of any and <br />all said improvement, and the doing of all other <br />work therein agreed to be done by the said owners <br />or subdividers, the amount of said security to be <br />Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven and <br />No/I00 Dollars ($13,997.00). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvement of Parcel Map 85-9 Subdivision," on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plan, 336 <br /> <br />Edgewood Road, Lands of Beeson, Lot 6, Block 5, Wellesley Park, <br /> <br />Subdivision <br /> <br />A, <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />Ca.", <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />specifications entitled "Standard Technical Specifications, City <br /> <br />of Redwood City, August, 1974", which plans and specifications <br /> <br />are now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, <br /> <br />are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br /> <br />according to which the above mentioned improvements shall be <br /> <br />done; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Improvement of Parcel Map 85-9 Subdivision," a copy of which <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which reference <br /> <br />lS hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />9977 <br />
