RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 10108 JAN 6 1.985 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEAPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Seaport Industrial Park Unit 1 Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Ricardo D. <br />SWC:sh 1/2/86 <br /> <br />Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 Dollars <br />($73,300.00) and also a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owners or <br />subdi viders, the amount of said security to be <br />Seventy-three Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 <br />Dollars ($73,300.00). <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Seaport Industrial Park Unit 1 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Seaport Industrial Park <br /> <br />Unit <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />Site <br /> <br />Improvements" <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />those <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />Standard <br /> <br />Specifications of the City of Redwood City, dated August, 1974 <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />plans <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />specifications <br /> <br />according <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />which <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be done; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of Seaport Industrial Park Unit 1" a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
