<br />P~S:djc 12/12/85 <br /> <br />7.2 of the Agreement with respect to the abovementioned matters; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to approve and authorize <br /> <br />execution of said Supplemental Agreement IV for and on behalf of <br /> <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Joint Exercise of Powers <br /> <br />Agreement - South Bayside System Authority Supplemental Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />IV" (form dated 9/18/85R) by and between the Agencies amending <br /> <br />Section 2.4 and Subdivision (a) of Section 7.2 of the Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />with respect to compensation to be paid Commissioner members of <br /> <br /> <br />the Authority and to correct the amount of Peak Wet Weather Flow <br /> <br /> <br />for Redwood City , respectively, a copy of which Supplemental <br /> <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> <br /> <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br /> <br />is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby <br /> <br />authorized to execute said agreement and to attest to such <br /> <br /> <br />execution, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
