<br />DAS:sh 1/21/86 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the agreement describing the responsibilities of <br /> <br />the City and the State has been presented to this Council for its <br /> <br /> <br />approval; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />That the agreement by and between the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />and the State of California (Department of Transportation), a <br /> <br />copy of which is presently on file in the office of the City <br /> <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is made for the full particulars <br /> <br /> <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br /> <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br /> <br /> <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
