<br />DAS:sh 1/27/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NQ.I0173 <br /> <br />OR\G\N~l <br />APR 7 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FURTHER AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF <br />SAN MATEO TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL COUNTY FUNDS FOR <br />LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS AT THE FAIR OAKS DAY CARE <br />CENTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo ("County") and the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City ("Ci tyll) have previously entered into an agreement <br /> <br />to provide County Housing and Community Development funds for <br /> <br />landscaping improvements at the Fair Oaks Day Care Center, dated <br /> <br />November 13, 1984 and amended September 24, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County and City desire to further amend certain <br /> <br />terms of said agreement by increasing the maximum amount payable <br /> <br />by the County for landscaping improvements at the Fair Oaks Day <br /> <br />Care Center payable from Forty-one Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($41,000.00) <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Fifty-five <br /> <br />Thousand <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />No/100 <br /> <br />Dollars <br /> <br />($55,000.00) ; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That the Amendment to the Agreement by and between the City <br /> <br />and the County, a copy of which is presently on file in the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made <br /> <br />for the full particulars concerning the terms and conditions <br /> <br />thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10173 <br />
