<br />T'1\S:djc 3/05/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. 1 0 1 8 ~ <br /> <br />APR 1 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND JEAN THIVIERGE RELATING <br />TO ARCHIVAL SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires an archivist to <br /> <br />perform records and documents surveying, arranging and describing <br /> <br />services for the City Police Department; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Jean <br /> <br />Thivierge of San Mateo, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Jean Thivierge to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Jean Thivierge entitled "Agreement For Police Department <br /> <br />Archivist" (form dated 3/05/86R), attached hereto, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />l018~ <br />
