<br />DAS:sh 4/10/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 1 8 4 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 1 4 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF MARINA <br />SHORES CONDOMINIUMS SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING <br />AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR <br />SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE <br />PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including the public service <br /> <br />easements and emergency access easements contained therein) of <br /> <br />Marina Shores Condominiums subdivision in the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City, prepared by Humann Company, Inc. for Marina Shores, Inc., <br /> <br />owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the <br /> <br />tentative map for this subdivision, is approved, subject to the <br /> <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that certain <br />proposed subdivision agreement on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of <br />Marina Shores Condominiums Subdivision" wherein the owners <br />or subdividers, in consideration of the approval of said map <br />by the City, shall agree to construct and complete in the <br />time specified in said agreement, all improvements required <br />of owners under the provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of <br />the City of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements designated or <br />mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall furnish to <br />the City and file with the City Clerk a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, <br />securing the faithful performance of said owners or <br />subdividers of all work and construction of all improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement, within the time <br />therein specified, the amount of said security to be Eight <br /> <br />10184 <br /> <br />.-J <br />
