Those certain plans entitled "Marina Shores Improvement <br /> <br />Plans" and those certain specifications entitled "Marina Shores, <br /> <br /> <br />Inc. , Standard Technical Specifications for Public Works <br /> <br /> <br />Projects", which plans and specifications are now on file in the <br /> <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works are hereby approved and <br /> <br /> <br />adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be done; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />for the Improvement of Marina Shores Condominiums Subdivision", a <br /> <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br /> <br />which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved and the City <br /> <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
