<br />SWC:sh 4/18/86 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />10190 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />APR 2 1 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSENTING TO TERMINATION OF DECLARATION OF <br />ESTABLISHMENT OF RESTRICTIONS AND COVENANTS AFFECTING <br />CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN REDWOOD CITY AND AMENDMENT NO. <br />1 TO DECLARATION OF COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS <br />(WOODSIDE PLAZA SHOPPING CENTER) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Pursuant <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />requirements <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />"Declaration of Establishment of Restrictions and Covenants <br /> <br />Affecting Certain Real Property in Redwood City" made and dated <br /> <br />February 7, 1952, and recorded in the official records of San <br /> <br />Mateo County on February 7, 1952 in Book 2197, at page 50, as <br /> <br />Instrument No. 86585J, this Council does hereby consent to a <br /> <br />termination of said Declaration and an amendment to a second <br /> <br />declaration entitled "Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions" <br /> <br />dated August 4, 1954 and recorded in the official records of San <br /> <br />Mateo County on August 6, 1954 in Book 2629, at page 248, as <br /> <br />Instrument No. 76682L, for the purpose of allowing a modification <br /> <br />to the existing parking lot at the Woodside Plaza Shopping <br /> <br />Center. <br /> <br />2. This Council does further approve and consent to that <br /> <br />certain document entitled <br /> <br />"Termination of Declaration of <br /> <br />Establishment of Restrictions and Covenants Affecting Certain <br /> <br />Real Property in Redwood City and Amendment No. 1 to Declaration <br /> <br />of Covenants and Restrictions" dated January 24, 1986, by and <br /> <br />between Western Title Insurance Company and Milton Meyer & Co., <br /> <br />which document terminates the 1952 Declaration referred to in <br /> <br />10190 <br />
