<br />DAS:sh 4/23/86 <br /> <br />ORIGINi\L <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N o. 1 0 192 <br /> <br />APR 2 8 1986 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SHOREBIRD NEIGHBORHOOD PARK AND <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />contract documents and specifications for Shorebird Neighborhood <br /> <br />Park in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br /> <br />and Specifications for Shorebird Neighborhood Park City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California", including all plans and drawings <br /> <br />referenced therein, prepared for the Director of Public Works and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2.
