This Council hereby orders the hereinafter described <br /> <br /> <br />public service easement for storm water storage vacated. <br /> <br />4. The public service easement to be vacated is shown on <br /> <br />the plat labeled "Exhibit B" and is more particularly described <br /> <br /> <br />in "Exhibit A", both of which exhibits are attached hereto and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />S. This Council further accepts that certain grant of <br /> <br />easement entitled "Grant of Storm Water Storage Easement", a copy <br /> <br /> <br />of which grant is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> <br /> <br />which copy reference is hereby made for full particulars hereof. <br /> <br />6.
