<br />Attorney or Bond Counsel, his execution thereof to constitute conclusive <br />evidence of his approval of any and all changes, modifications, additions or <br />deletions therein from the form and content of the Official Statement now before <br />this City, and Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. (the IIUnderwriterll) is further <br />authorized to distribute the official statement in preliminary form to potential <br />purchasers of bonds to be issued by the Redwood City Public Facilities and <br />Infrastructure Authority (the IIBonds") and is directed to deliver copies of the <br />Official Statement in final form to all actual purchasers of the Bonds. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
