HOLT <br />RELATING TO DESIGN DEVELOPMENT AND CONSTRUCTION <br />DOCUMENTATION CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant to <br /> <br />perform records and documents surveying, arranging and describing <br /> <br />services for the City Public Library; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage Raymond <br /> <br />M. Holt of Del Mar, California to perform such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for Raymond M. Holt to provide the abovementioned <br /> <br />services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Raymond M. Holt entitled "Agreement Redwood City Public <br /> <br />Library Consultant Services Design Development and Construction <br /> <br />Documentation" (form dated 5/15/86), attached hereto, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10210 <br />
