<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />DAS:sh 5/~7/86 <br />I <br />ORIGINAL <br />1 0 2 2 2 UN 2 1986 <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNICATIONS MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br />BETWEEN COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of San Mateo and the City of Re wood <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to appr ve a <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City have each established and are now operating a public s fety <br /> <br />communications service wi thin the County of San <br /> <br />purpose of better securing the public safety and <br /> <br />blic <br /> <br />welfare; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, both the County of San Mateo and the <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City have authority to install, maintain and <br /> <br />public safety communications equipment, and both parties sire <br /> <br />to enter into an agreement whereby the County of San Mateo hall <br /> <br />perform certain of such repair, maintenance and <br /> <br />tion <br /> <br />services for the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />communications maintenance services agreement to effectuat the <br /> <br />above-stated agreement; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD ITY, <br /> <br />1. The agreement entitled "Agreement for Communica ions <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Maintenance Services" (form mas 424 COM-2), is hereby approv d. <br /> <br />2.
