<br />DAS:sh 6/5 86 <br /> <br />said agreement, within the time therein specified, <br />amount of said security to be Sixty-six Thousand <br />Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($66,700.00); and shall <br />furnish to City and file with the City Clerk, a goo <br />sufficient security in a form subject to the approval 0 <br />Ci ty Attorney securing the payment by Owners of all <br />for labor and materials incurred in the construction 0 <br />and all said improvements, and the doing of all other <br />therein agreed to be done by Owners, the amount of <br />security to be Sixty-six Thousand Seven Hundred and N <br />Dollars ($66,700.00). Said security shall be effective for a p riod <br />of one (1) year after acceptance of the improvemen s by <br />Ci ty I S Council. <br /> <br /> <br />(e) Before the release of said final map by Cit <br />recordation, Owners shall deposit Six Thousand Three Hu <br />Sixty-nine and No/100 Dollars ($6,369.00) for plan chec <br />inspection fees. Any part of the deposit not utiliz <br />City for payment of its services, shall be returned t <br />Owners.
