A <br />typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: <br /> <br />Experience: <br /> <br />One (1) year of experience in building construction or related <br />inspection work. <br /> <br />Education: <br /> <br />Equivalent to completion of the twelfth (12th) grade. <br /> <br />License <br /> <br />Must have a valid California Driver's License and a good driving record <br />while employed in this capacity. <br /> <br />PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: <br /> <br />Must be in sufficiently good health to perform job duties.
