<br />SWC:sh 7/25/86 <br /> <br />approved and adopted as the plans and specifications according to <br /> <br />which the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed <br /> <br /> <br />subject to the following condition: said plans and specifications <br /> <br /> <br />are inconsistent with the final map with respect to a proposed <br /> <br />realignment of Shoreway Road and the proposed configuration of <br /> <br />the Westerly Centrum Plaza Drive entry into the Project; <br /> <br /> <br />therefore, no construction relating to the realignment of <br /> <br />Shoreway Road or to the Westerly Centrum Plaza Drive entry into <br /> <br /> <br />the Project shall be permitted except upon the approval by this <br /> <br /> <br />Council of a final map showing such a realignment and entry <br /> <br /> <br />configuration; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement of Centrum Subdivision", a copy of which is on file <br /> <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk and to which copy reference is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br /> <br />said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
