EXHIBIT "F"

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
Planning/Zoning Division

!:1.E.MORANQUH

Date: July 16, 1986

To: John T. LaTorra, Chief Building Official

From: Mike Wheelwright, Zoning Enforcement

Subject: 1911 Alameda De Las Pulgas

On July 15, 1986, an inspection team meet in the police
department conference room consisting of:

Sgt. Turturici, Police Department
Debbi Jones-Thomas, Housing Division
Rod Santos, Fire Department
Dave Anderson, Fire Department
Jim Yuen, Environmental Health Department
Jerome Schnell, Building Division
Mike Wheelwright, Zoning Enforcement Division

There followed a discussion of the problems at 1911 Alameda
De Las Pulgas, and the immediate steps that must be taken to
secure the property and abate the problems.

\
\

At the site, I observed a two-story stucco and horizontal
wood siding dwelling (yellow field and orange trim) in a
slightly deteriorating condition with peeling paint, broken
windows, and debris on the roof, decks, stairs, railings; and
risers were insecure under toot and hand.

The site was covered with junk, debris, garbage, an abandoned
motorcycle, exercise machine, overgrown vines, unkept
shrubbery, fruit tree attracting vermin, an exposed 14'
diameter dough-boy pool unsecured. Grass and underbrush
constitutes a fire hazard in my opinion.

At two points trom the exterior, I was able to see into the
dwelling which reveled massive amounts of junk, debris, and
garbage with trails tor access into other parts ot the
dwelling. This condition appeared to be consistant
throughout the dwelling; the ceiling was taIling through in
the dining room.

The house, in the condition that I observed, is a public
nuisance, the house being substandard and the yard totally
lacking maintenance.
