<br />de 1 i very of the same, the City Manager and City Cl erk are hereby authori zed, <br />empowered and directed to do all such acts and things and to execute all such <br />documents as may be necessary to carry out and comply with the respective <br />provisions of the Acquisition Agreement as executed. The City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, attest and deliver to the <br />Purchaser grant deeds of the Leased Premises, in the form approved by the City <br />Attorney, in consideration for payment of the purchase price therefor, payable <br />at the closing. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
