RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 10296 AUG 4 1986 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY PROPOSING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ORDERING SUBMISSION THEREOF TO THE ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AT A SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HEREIN CALLED FOR SUCH PURPOSE ON NOVEMBER 4, 1986; AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO TO CONSOLIDATE SAID ELECTION WITH THE STATEWIDE GENERAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON SAID DATE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
