All other things being <br /> <br /> <br />equal, an engineer who has had special training or <br /> <br />experience in municipal engineering shall be appointed <br /> <br />to this office, if practicable." <br /> <br /> <br />All other things being equal, an engineer who has <br /> <br /> <br />had special training or experience in municipal <br /> <br /> <br />engineering ~hall be appointed to this office, if <br /> <br /> <br />practicable. <br /> <br />liThe street superintendent shall perform such <br /> <br /> <br />duties as may be prescribed now or hereafter, by <br /> <br />ordinance or general laws of the state. II <br /> <br />(b) Said Charter amendment proposal shall be submitted to <br /> <br /> <br />the electors of the City of Redwood City at the special municipal <br /> <br />election to be held in the City on November 4, 1986 in the form <br /> <br /> <br />of a proposal to amend Sections 21 and 28 of the Charter.
