<br />DES:djc 8/1/86 <br /> <br />1986 to advertise in the official newspaper a notice that said <br /> <br />proposed Charter amendments may be had upon application therefor. <br />SECTION 9. The City Clerk or the County Clerk of the County <br />of San Mateo, or other appropriate election official, is hereby <br />authorized and empowered to redesignate or change any and all of <br />the letter designations of the propositions set forth in this <br />resolution for the purpose of listing said propositions on the <br />ballots and on the voting machines to be used at the Special <br />Municipal Election to be held on said propositions in the City of <br />Redwood City on November 4, 1986. Upon such redesignation or <br />change all references to said propositions shall be made in <br />accordance with said redesignation or changed designation. <br />SECTION 10. The Board of Supervisors of the County of San <br />Mateo is hereby requested, pursuant to the provisions of <br />Elections Code Section 23302, to consolidate the Special <br />Municipal Election hereinabove called with the Statewide General <br />Election to be held on November 4, 1986. The forms of the <br />questions to be voted upon at the Special Municipal Election are <br />those set forth in Sections 3, 4, and 5, hereinabove.
