Exhibit "B" Heavener 8/26/86 *** FIGUERAS ANNEXATION *** DESCRIPTION All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point of intersection where the Southeasterly boundary line of the "Maxwell Tract" intersects the Southwesterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas as said intersection is shown on that certain map entitled "Maxwell Tract Redwood City, Cali.fornia" filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on July 20,.1961 in Volume 55 of Maps at page 1. Said POINT OF BEGINNING being also the most Northerly corner of the lands described in that certain JOINT TENANCY DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County in Volume 388 of Official Records at page 41. THENCE; from said POINT OF BEGINNING S440 42' 30"E, along the Southwesterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas, a distance of 50.00 feet to' a point where the Northwesterly line of Parcel 1 intersects the Southwesterly. line of Alameda De Las Pulgas as said intersection is shown on that certain Parcel Map filed in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on March 10, 1972 in Volume 15 of Parcel Maps at page 44. THENCE; continuing along the Southwesterly line of Alameda De Las Pulgas, S440 42' 30"E a distance of 154.00 feet to a point where the Southeasterly line of Parcel 2 intersects the Southwesterly Ifne of Alameda De Las Pulgas as shown on said Parcel Map. Said point of intersection being also the most Northerly corner of the lands described in that certain GIFT GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on March 5, 1985 under Recorder's Series No. 85020243. f' THENCE; continuing along the Southwesterly 'line of Alameda De Las Pulgas, S440 42' 30"E a distance of 98.23 feet to a point of curvature. THENCE; along a tangent curve concave to the Southwest, having a Radius of 22.50 feet and a central angle of 880 03' 00", an Arc Length of 34.58 feet. THENCE; S460 39' 30"E a distance of 5.00 feet to a point on the Northwesterly line of Edgewood Road. THENCE; S430 20' 30"W, along the Northwesterly line of Edgewood Road, a distance of 120.42 feet to the most Southerly corner of the lands described in that certain GIFT GRANT DEED mentioned above. Said corner being also the most Easterly corner of the lands described in that certain INDIVIDUAL JOINT TENANCY DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on October 20, 1983 under Recorder's Series No. 83114880.
