Guadalupe Ruiz sought assistance with a traffic light on Jefferson Avenue and <br /> Middlefield Road where when green, a sight issue is present in that a pedestrian may <br /> not be seen due to the sign and column. His second issue involves Pine Street and <br /> Buckeye where materials are located near the railroad tracks and looks unsightly. <br /> <br />7.
