<br />DAS: sh <br />DAS: sh <br /> <br />11/06/86 <br />11/10/86R <br /> <br />1. It is hereby found and determined that the public <br /> <br />interest and convenience requires the establishment of the <br /> <br />hereinafter described underground utility district. <br /> <br />2. The district proposed to be established shall be <br /> <br />designated <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />"Underground <br /> <br />Utility <br /> <br />District <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />1986-1" <br /> <br />(hereinafter referred to as "District"). <br /> <br />3. The boundaries of the proposed district are set forth <br /> <br />as described as Exhibit" A", attached hereto and incorporated <br /> <br />herein, entitled "Boundary Description, Underground Utility <br /> <br />District No. 1986-1." Said boundaries are shown on that certain <br /> <br />map entitled "Underground Utility District No. 1986-1," marked <br /> <br />Exhibit "B", and attached hereto. <br /> <br />4. The purpose of said district is hereby declared to be <br /> <br />as follows: the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated <br /> <br />structures from any public streets, alleys or ways wi thin the <br /> <br />district and require the underground installation of wires and <br /> <br />facilities for supplying electric, communication, and/or similar <br /> <br />services. <br /> <br />5. It shall be unlawful for any person, including utility <br /> <br />companies, to erect, maintain or operate any pole, overhead wire <br /> <br />or associated structure in any portion of any public street, <br /> <br />alley or way within District, except as specifically exempted as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />Ornamental <br /> <br />street <br /> <br />lighting <br /> <br />systems <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />appurtenances. <br /> <br />b) Fire alarm boxes. <br /> <br />c) Traffic signal systems and appurtenances. <br /> <br />2 <br />
