Said point being the most Westerly corner of Lot 6, in Block 59 as said lot and block are shown on that certain map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY", filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records at Page 85 and copied into Volume 1 of Maps at Page 81. THENCE; Northwesterly, along said Northerly line of Shasta Street, North 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes West a distance of 48.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Main Street. THENCE; Northwesterly, along said Northeasterly line of Main Street, North 26 Degrees West a distance of 57.0 feet more or less to a point where the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street intersects the Northeasterly line of Main Street. THENCE; continuing Northeasterly, across Heller Street, North 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes East a distance of 60.00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of Heller Street. Said point being the most Westerly corner of the lands described in that certain INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on January 4, 1984, under Recorder's Serial No. 84000680.
