Said corner being also the most Westerly corner of <br />the lands described in that certain GRANT DEED (INDIVIDUAL) recorded in the <br />office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on May 6, 1980, in Reel <br />7957 at Image 1703. <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing North 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes East, along the North- <br />westerly line of said lands, a distance of 90.0 feet more or less to the <br />Northerly line of Block 63 as said block is shown on said map entitled "MAP <br />OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". <br /> <br />THENCE; Northwesterly, along said Northerly line of Block 63, North 72 <br />Degrees, 10 Minutes West to the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, along said Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, North <br />29 Degrees East a distance of 92.0 feet more or less to a point where the <br />Southeasterly line of Cedar Street intersects the Southwesterly line of <br />Hilton Street, 60.00 feet in width, as said streets are shown on that certain <br />map entitled "MAP OF SWEENY'S ADDITION REDWOOD CITY" filed in the office of <br />the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on November 2, 1876, in Volume "C" of <br />maps at Page 68 and a copy filed in Map Book 3 at Page 24. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Hilton Street, South <br />61 Degrees East a distance of 100.0 feet more or less to the most Easterly <br />corner of Lot 3, Block 6 as said Lot and Block are shown on said map. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, across Hilton Street, North 29 Degrees East <br />of 60.00 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line of said street. <br />point being the corner cornman to Lots 6 and 7 in Block 10 as shown <br />map. <br /> <br />a distance <br />Said <br />on said <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing North 29 Degrees East, and along the Southeasterly line of <br />Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11, a distance of 250.0 feet more or less to the most <br />Easterly corner of Lot 11 in said block. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northwesterly, along the Northeasterly line of Lot 11, North 61 <br />Degrees West a distance of 100.0 feet more or less to the Southeasterly line <br />of Cedar Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, along the Southeasterly line of Cedar Street, North <br />29 Degrees East a distance of 50.0 feet more or less to a point where the <br />Northeasterly line of Cedar Street intersects the Southwesterly line of <br />Spring Street, 60.00 feet in width. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Spring Street, South <br />61 Degrees East a distance of 150.0 feet more or less. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, across Spring Street, a distance of 60.00 feet to a <br />point where the Northwesterly line of Lot 20 intersects the Northeasterly <br />line of Spring Street as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled <br />"CEDAR PLACE A 5-UNIT CONDOMINIUM SUBDIVISION" filed in the office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo on April 20, 1982, in Volume 106 of Maps <br />at Pages 93, 94 and 95. <br />
