<br />- 6 - <br /> <br />or less from the intersection of the Southerly line of Broadway with the <br />Northwesterly line of Chestnut Street, as said intersection is shown on that <br />certain map entitled "RECORD OF SURVEY MAP NO.2 OF BROADWAY REDWOOD CITY SAN <br />MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" filed in the office of the Recorder of the County <br />of San Mateo on June 19, 1941, in Volume 1 of Licensed Land Surveyors' Maps <br />at Page 69. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northerly, across Broadway, North 3 Degrees, 31 Minutes West a <br />distance of 85.00 feet to a point where the Easterly line of Lot 9, Block 2 <br />intersects the Northerly line of Broadway as said lot and block are shown on <br />that certain map entitled "BROADWAY NO.3 REDWOOD CITY CALIFORNIA" filed in <br />the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on September 27, 1945, <br />in Book 24 of Official Maps at Pages 65 and 66. <br /> <br />THENCE; North 86 Degrees, 29 Minutes East, along the Northerly line of <br />Broadway, a distance of 159.2 feet more or less to a point where the Westerly <br />line of Parcel 2 intersects the Northerly line of Broadway as said point is <br />shown on that certain Parcel Map 69-8 filed in the office of the Recorder of <br />the County of San Mateo on December 22, 1969, in Book 9 of Parcel Maps at <br />Page 8. <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing North 86 Degrees, 29 Minutes East, along the Northerly <br />line of Broadway, a distance of 130.5 feet more or less to a point where the <br />Northerly line of Broadway intersects the Northwesterly line of Chestnut <br />Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; Northeasterly, along the Northwesterly line of Chestnut Street, North <br />28 Degrees, 59 Minutes, 30 Seconds East a distance of 126.9 feet more or less <br />to a point where the Southerly line of Parcel 1 intersects the Northwesterly <br />line of Chestnut Street as shown on said Parcel Map. <br /> <br />THENCE; along said Southerly line of Parcel 1, South 86 Degrees, 29 Minutes <br />West a distance of 98.7 feet more or less. <br /> <br />THENCE; North 3 Degrees, 31 Minutes West a distance of 9.0 feet more or less. <br /> <br />THENCE; South 86 Degrees, 29 Minutes West a distance of 100.0 feet more or <br />less. <br /> <br />THENCE; North 3 Degrees, 31 Minutes West a distance of 104.0 feet more or <br />less to a point on the Southerly line of Marshall Street, 60.00 feet in <br />width. <br /> <br />THENCE; Easterly, along the Southerly line of Marshall Street, North 86 <br />Degrees, 29 Minutes East a distance of 234.3 feet more or less to a point of <br />curvature as shown on said Parcel Map. <br /> <br />THENCE; across Marshall Street at right angles Northerly, from the Southerly <br />line of Marshall Street, a distance of 60.00 feet. <br />
