"".,......" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF BEESON AT 12J2 EDGEWOOD <br />ROAD, TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />"'. <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the most Southeasterly corner of lot 7, as said <br />lot 7 is designated on that map entitled" Ha%well Tract 11, <br />recorded July 20, 1961 in the office of the Recorder of San <br />Mateo County in Volume 55 of maps at page 1, said Point of <br />BEGINNING is also on the Corporate Limit line of the City <br />of Redwood City as established by Ordinance No. 1007, adopted <br />February 20, 1961; THENCE South 44029' East a distance of <br />342.18 feet, this Southeasterly line is also the Corporate <br />. Limit line of the City of Redwood City as established by <br />Ordinance No. 1039, adopted January 15, 1962 and by Ordinance <br />No. 1070, adopted October 1, 1962; THENCE South 43020'30" West <br />a distance of 90 feet, which line is also the Northerly edge <br />of Edgewood Road; THENCE North 44055' West a distance of 345.38 <br />feet; THENCE North 45022'30" East a distance of 92.55 feet <br />to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.72 Acres more or less. <br />
