<br />along the arc of a curve to the right having a <br />radius of 1199.92 feet for an arc distance of 790 <br />feet, more or less, to the Northeasterly line of <br />that certain 40 foot and road easement leading to <br />the 4.66 acre tract on which the Old Ohio Building <br />once stood and which easement is described in Book <br />3 of Official Records at page 359, Records of San <br />Mateo County, California. <br /> <br />Said Easement was created by that certain Deed <br />recorded on November 30, 1967 in Book 5399 of <br />Official Records at page 578 (File No. 1109-AB), <br />Records of San Mateo, California. <br /> <br />PARCEL IV: <br /> <br />A NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE for ingress and egress <br />over the following described lands: A strip of <br />land 40 feet in width, the centerline of which is <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at the most Westerly corner of that <br />3.641 acre tract described as Parcell in the Deed <br />from San Mateo County Title Company to State of <br />California, recorded March 9, 1954 in Book 2548 of <br />Official Records at page 4; thence Northeasterly <br />along an arc of a curve to the left, having a <br />radius of 392.98 feet and a central angle of 260 <br />49' 53" an arc distance of 184.03 feet; thence <br />tangent to the preceding curve North 460 07' 50" <br />East 328.17 feet; thence Southeasterly along the <br />arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of <br />87.99 feet and a central angle of 920 54' 27", an <br />arc distance of 142.68 feet; thence tangent to the <br />preceding curve South 400 57' 43" East 112.28 feet <br />to the true point of beginning of this descrip- <br />tion; thence Northeasterly, parallel to and 20 <br />feet at right angles from the Southeasterly line <br />of the lands of Leslie Properties, Inc. North 450 <br />27' 17" East 389.42 feet; thence along the arc of <br />a curve to the right, having a radius of 1219.92 <br />feet and a central angle of 340 56' 07" an arc <br />distance of 739.38 feet to a point on the South- <br />westerly line of that certain Right of Way 40 feet <br />in width as granted by W. F. Chipman and Union <br />Trust Company, by Deed dated January 17, 1921 and <br />recorded January 26, 1921 in Book 3 of Official <br />Records at page 359, Records of San Mateo County, <br />California. <br /> <br />3 <br />
