Certifies that the City understands the assurances and <br /> <br /> <br />certification in the application form; <br /> <br />3. Certifies that the City has or will have sufficient <br /> <br /> <br />funds to operate and maintain said Project; <br /> <br /> <br />4. Certifies that the City will complete said proj ect <br /> <br /> <br />within three (3) years from the date of approval by the <br /> <br /> <br />State; and <br /> <br />5. Appoints the City Manager, with the assistance of the <br /> <br /> <br />Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, <br /> <br /> <br />as the agent of the City of Redwood City to conduct all <br /> <br /> <br />negotiations, execute and submi t all documents, <br /> <br />including but not limited to, applications, agreements, <br /> <br /> <br />amendments, payment requests, and other documents which <br /> <br />may be necessary for the completion of the <br /> <br />aforementioned Project. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
