Provide coordination between City, architect and contractor. <br />Attend all meetings related to project; make and distribute <br />meeting notes, and maintain files of project correspondence. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Inspect work in progress daily to extent reguired <br />project meets plans, specifications and schedule. <br />daily log of events and activities. <br /> <br />to assure <br />Maintain a <br /> <br />3. Provide coordination of work to be performed by City forces on the <br />site and arrange work affecting other City facilities to minimize <br />disruption to on-going operations. <br /> <br />10. Work with architect to establish date of substantial completion <br />and to develop pune;. list of remaining work items. <br /> <br />11. In cooperation with City's maintenance personnel, direct and check <br />out utilities and equipment for readiness and assist in initial <br />start-up and testing. <br /> <br />12. Prepare necessary lJiJ material ['Jr purchase of draperies, <br />furnishings and other building items not included in the basic <br />construction contract. Receive and inspect furnishings. <br /> <br />13. Coordinate facil ity moves. <br />
