<br />D~S:djk 2/17/87 (#30) <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of <br />Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br />more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel "1" as shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Parcel Map No. 77-4, BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 5, <br />6 and 7 in BLOCK 509, HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE NO.5", <br />filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo <br />County, State of California on March 29, 1977, in Book <br />36 of Parcel Maps at page 1. <br /> <br />(APN 068-213-180) <br /> <br />2. The parties hereto confirm and agree that treatment <br /> <br />capacity for sewage emanating from the Annexing Territory shall <br /> <br />be furnished pursuant to sanitary sewerage treatment capacity <br /> <br />rights allocated to the City of Redwood City by the South Bayside <br /> <br />System Authority, owner of the treatment facilities serving the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City and the area wi thin which the Annexing <br /> <br />Territory is located, and shall not be furnished pursuant to the <br /> <br />Capacity Agreement. <br /> <br />3.
