Ira <br />dBl <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ABATEMENT EXPENSE STATEMENT AND <br />ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL PERTAINING TO ABATEMENT <br />OF DILAPIDATED STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 851 BREWSTER AVENUE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proceedings have been conducted for the abatement <br /> <br />of a dilapidated structure, commonly known as 851 Brewster <br /> <br />Avenue, Redwood City, California, pursuant to Resolution No. <br /> <br />10245, adopted July 7, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said abatement has been completed in accordance <br /> <br />with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with said Article II the Chief <br /> <br />Building Official has submitted his statement of abatement <br /> <br />expenses to this Council and a hearing has been held thereon <br /> <br />after due notice, as evidenced by Exhibits "A" and "B"; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Article II of <br /> <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council <br /> <br />hereby confirms the statement of abatement expenses in the amount <br /> <br />of Sixty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-two and 50/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($69,222.50) incurred in connection with the abatement of a <br /> <br />dilapidated <br /> <br />structure <br /> <br />located <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />851 <br /> <br />Brewster <br /> <br />Avenue <br /> <br />(APN-052-324-010) and hereby orders that said amount shall <br /> <br />constitute a lien on said real property and shall be collected on <br /> <br />the next succeeding tax roll in accordance with Article II of <br /> <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />1 0439 <br />
