<br />DAS:sh ~/26/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NQ.I0441 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR.t. 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ABATEMENT EXPENSE STATEMENT AND <br />ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL PERTAINING TO ABATEMENT <br />OF DILAPIDATED STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 804 WALNUT STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proceedings have been conducted for the abatement <br /> <br />of a dilapidated structure, commonly known as 804 Walnut Street, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, pursuant to Resolution No. 10164, <br /> <br />adopted March 24, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said abatement has been completed in accordance <br /> <br />with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with said Article II the Chief <br /> <br />Building Official has submitted his statement of abatement <br /> <br />expenses to this Council and a hearing has been held thereon <br /> <br />after due notice, as evidenced by Exhibits "A" and "B"; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Article II of <br /> <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council <br /> <br />hereby confirms the statement of abatement expenses in the amount <br /> <br />of Five Thousand Ninety-seven and 50/100 Dollars ($5,097.50) <br /> <br />incurred in connection with the abatement of a dilapidated <br /> <br />structure located at 804 Walnut Street (APN-053-233-250) and <br /> <br />hereby orders that said amount shall constitute a lien on said <br /> <br />real property and shall be collected on the next succeeding tax <br /> <br />roll in accordance with Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />1 U L141 <br />
