<br />DAS:sh ~/26/87 (#19) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0 44 3 <br /> <br />,ORIGINAL <br />MAR J.. <br /> <br />1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ABATEMENT EXPENSE STATEMENT AND <br />ORDERING COLLECTION ON TAX ROLL PERTAINING TO ABATEMENT <br />OF DILAPIDATED STRUCTURE LOCATED AT 131 MONROE STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proceedings have been conducted for the abatement <br /> <br />of a dilapidated structure, commonly known as 131 Monroe Street, <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, pursuant to Resolution No. 9857, <br /> <br />adopted April 22, 1985; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said abatement has been completed in accordance <br /> <br />with the provisions of Article II of Chapter 9 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with said Article II the Chief <br /> <br />Building Official has submitted his statement of abatement <br /> <br />expenses to this Council and a hearing has been held thereon <br /> <br />after due notice, as evidenced by Exhibits "A" and "B"; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Article II of <br /> <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, this Council <br /> <br />hereby confirms the statement of abatement expenses in the amount <br /> <br />of Four Thousand One Hundred Seventy-eight and 46/100 Dollars <br /> <br />($4,178.46) incurred in connection with the abatement of a <br /> <br />dilapidated <br /> <br />structure <br /> <br />located <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />131 <br /> <br />Monroe <br /> <br />Street <br /> <br />(APN-053-173-040) and hereby orders that said amount shall <br /> <br />constitute a lien on said real property and shall be collected on <br /> <br />the next succeeding tax roll in accordance with Article II of <br /> <br />Chapter 9 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />10443 <br />
