SANDPIPER <br />~E, TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE AND SHORELINE DRIVE, AND <br />REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY AND BRIDGE PARKWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant to <br /> <br />produce plans, specifications and estimates for traffic signals <br /> <br />to be installed at Marine Parkway and Cove Lane, Twin Dolphin <br /> <br />Drive and Shoreline Drive, and Redwood Shores Parkway and Bridge <br /> <br />Parkway; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage TJKM <br /> <br />Transportation Consultants of Pleasanton, California to perform <br /> <br />such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an agreement has been presented to this Council for <br /> <br />its approval for TJKM Transportation Consultants to provide the <br /> <br />abovementioned services to City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and TJKM Transportation Consultants entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates for Traffic <br /> <br />Signal Systems" (form dated 2/9/87), attached hereto, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement, with attestation by the City Clerk, <br /> <br />for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1. 0444 <br />
