<br />DAS:sD ~/26/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />MAR ~ 1987 <br />.ORIG/N,QL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />NO.10447 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT RELATING <br />LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION PURPOSES <br />CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br /> <br />EXECUTION OF <br />TO USE FOR <br />OF CERTAIN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Pacific Commercial Fueling Company, Inc. has <br /> <br />requested that the City of Redwood City grant a revocable <br /> <br />encroachment permit for certain City-owned real property (as <br /> <br />described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> <br />by this reference) for landscaping and irrigation purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said landscaping and irrigation would improve the <br /> <br />appearance of the frontage at the area commonly known as 410 <br /> <br />Blomquist Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br /> <br />grant a revocable encroachment permit permitting such use, <br /> <br />subject to certain designated terms and conditions; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />revocable <br /> <br />encroachment <br /> <br />permit <br /> <br />entitled, <br /> <br />"Revocable Permit for Landscaping and Irrigation at 410 Blomquist <br /> <br />Frontage" (form dated 2/26/87), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br /> <br />and Pacific Commercial Fueling Company, Inc, a copy of which <br /> <br />permit is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />10447 <br />
