Pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.76 of the Code <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City this Council has, on motion duly made <br /> <br />on the affirmative vote of at least five (5) members of said <br /> <br />Council, suspended the requirements of Article VII of Chapter 2 <br /> <br />of said Code relating to the purchase of materials, equipment and <br /> <br />supplies with regard to the purchase hereinafter authorized. <br /> <br />2. This Council does hereby authorize and direct the City <br /> <br />Manager to purchase 1,075 parking meter conversion kits from <br /> <br />Duncan Parking Meter Company at a cost of $107,360.25. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />execute all documents required in connection with the purchase <br /> <br />authorized herein for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City; <br /> <br />provided, however, all such documents have first been approved as <br /> <br />to form by the City Attorney. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1{)474 <br />
