<br />SWC:sh A/IDI87 (#19) <br /> <br />APR 1 3 1987 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1 0475 <br /> <br />QRrCINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OBSERVATION AND MATERIALS <br />TESTING SERVICES FOR NEW MAIN LIBRARY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a consultant for <br /> <br />construction and materials testing for the Main Library <br /> <br />construction project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to engage J.H. <br /> <br />Kleinfelder & Associates of Sunnyvale, California to perform such <br /> <br />services; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and J. H. Kleinfelder & Associates entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Construction Observation and Materials Testing Services for New <br /> <br />Main Library", a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br /> <br />of the City Clerk and to which copy reference is hereby made for <br /> <br />full particulars thereof is hereby approved, and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />1 0475 <br />
