Q. -LO-481 <br /> <br />APR 1 3 1987 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR AUCTION SERVICES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council proposes to proceed with a public <br /> <br />auction for the sale of certain City-owned personal property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for expert personal services for conducting <br /> <br />said auction; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Auction <br /> <br />Services" (form dated 4/10/87), by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Nationwide Auction Systems, Inc., Ontario, <br /> <br />California, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br /> <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10481 <br />
