<br />ST,1(~ : d j k 4/16/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on this annexation was called for <br />and held by this Council on April 20, 1987, and this Council <br />finds and determines that the value of written protests filed and <br />not withdrawn is less than fifty percent of the total assessed <br />value of land within the territory; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />This Council hereby orders the territory described in <br />Exhibit "A" annexed, and hereby directs the City Clerk to <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution with applicable fees <br />required by Section 54902.5 of the Government Code to the <br />Executive Officer of the Local Agency Formation Commission of San <br />Mateo County. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
