<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />SWC:sh 4/23/87 (#19) <br />A/-ik 47 1987 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />No.I04~1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR SALARIED CONTRACT <br />APPOINTMENT (DALE MICHAEL CHADWICK) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain amendment to agreement entitled "Amendment to <br /> <br />Agreement for Salaried Contract Appointment <br /> <br />(Dale Michael <br /> <br />Chadwick)" (form dated 4/23/87) by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />and Dale Michael Chadwick, providing for the furnishing of <br /> <br />project coordination and inspection services with respect to <br /> <br />Public Works improvements, a copy of which amendment to agreement <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said amendment to agreement for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />10491 <br />
